Children can choose from several different menus that they will eat without hesitation, and they can do so in a variety of different ways. Breakfast includes breaded chicken with avocado, eggs, bacon, cheese and a side of quesadillas or breakfast burritos with bacon and eggs. And for dessert, we tried the canela roll, a cinnamon flour tortilla stuffed with cheesecake and wild berry compote.
We tried the carne asada, which is spiced up with grilled flank steak marinated in key lemonade and served with rice and beans. We also had Key Lime Steak, a key - a lime marinating steak served on top of Spanish rice, beans and corn tortilla.
Ivanhoe Ale Works and Rustico's were the first two destination incentive recipients, and the Railyard's TRYincubator is the third to open this fall. The menu includes stuffed jalapenos, freshly cooked vegetables, pulled pork, beef breast, ribs and chicken, all served with fresh vegetables and fresh fruit, as well as a variety of salads.
